The final two weeks in the build up to race day are arguably the most important, so it was really cool to get an invite to Mile 27 to give a talk on just that topic.
We talked about tapering, carb loading, race day nutrition, sticking to your plan and how to chill out the week before the big day.
It was great to see so many keen runners down at the cafe, people in their final weeks of training for various Spring races.
