I have some exciting news! Launching on Monday 7th January is the Spring Marathon training club over on the social network for athletes, Strava.
I’ll be posting weekly articles with loads of tips and tricks for your upcoming races, along with insights into gear, tech, nutrition, technique and a whole host of marathon related content so you can get the most out of your race day.
And that’s where you come in. As the community, the athletes, the runners, the first timers, the mid packers, the PR chasers.. you will be at the forefront shaping the group, chatting, offering advice, supporting each other and hopefully learning along the way. I’d like to create a group that’s runner focused, about the complete training process, with the goal of making you a better runner.
