  • Up to 18 week personalised training plan, building towards key race or races.

  • Initial 1 hour phone call consultation to discuss goals, races, time factors, background, nutrition and key races.

  • One revision mid way through the plan should lifestyle factors change.

  • Plan will include personal paces for all runs.

  • Perfect if you have multiple races coming up, holiday factors, or if you need to maximise your time if you have a race fast approaching.

  • Plan will be produced as a PDF downloadable document and stored online as a Google document so you can access it 24/7 on any device. You will have a unique private link to access it.
