Terms and Conditions - Training Plans
In the case of the training plans, you will receive an email immediately with a link to download the training plan in PDF form. This link will expire after 24 hours. If you fail to download your plan in time please get in touch via the contact page.
If you purchase any of the plans you will automatically be charged at the point of sale and they will become available for download immediately. Due to the electronic nature of the plans, they cannot be returned and payment cannot be refunded once they have been downloaded. If you wish to cancel your purchase you must do so before you download the plan. Refunds can only be issued in the case where incorrect plans were provided, in which case a refund or exchange can be made. Please use the contact page in such case.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit the plan or any portions of the plan.
Naturally there may be some risks associated with undertaking activities associated with the training plans. None of the plans should be performed if you are not in good health, or have pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. If you are uncertain as to whether you are fit enough, you should consult a doctor or health care advisor first.
As with any exercise program you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of training program can cause injuries and it is possible that, like with any exercise, you may become injured doing the exercises in your plan. If you choose to participate you do so knowingly and voluntarily assuming all the risks associated with such activities. Every plan on the site is based on proven methods, however Ben Parkes is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using the plans.
Although the plans are intended to be fully implemented sometimes they are not, which could result in a lack of progress or results for the user. If you implement the plans correctly you should see results, however, this cannot be guaranteed and even with full implementation it is still possible you may not get the results you may have expected compared to someone else, due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, personal motivation and dedication.
