  • This couch to 5k specific training plan is designed for anyone who is looking to get into running.

  • It is based around 'time', so you'l know exactly how long each session will last.

  • There are 3 sessions a week.

  • A fourth day with some strength training is encouraged.

  • The plan covers the full 9 weeks, taking you up to a potential 5k race day.

  • You should be able to walk for 20 minutes before starting the plan.

  • You'll download a PDF file that will contain the PDF plan. Also included is a PDF pace chart, giving you a guide of how fast to run each run and a guide describing what each run means in plain English.
