  • This 100 mile Ultra Marathon specific training plan is designed for runners who can schedule five to six runs a week.

  • The plan is set out in miles.

  • A seventh day with some strength training is encouraged.

  • The plan covers the full 24 weeks, taking you up to race day.

  • Instant download link will be available on your email confirmation.

  • You should be able to run 45 miles / week consistently before starting the plan.

  • You'll download a PDF file that will contain the PDF plan. Also included is a PDF pace chart and guide about covering the distance.

  • I can email an excel or Google sheets file after purchase if necessary.
