Each one offers an initial phone conversation, to establish your goals, current fitness levels, your background, plus all the time and lifestyle factors relevant to your training. Building up this picture will allow me to construct an initial 4 week plan, which can then be tweaked on a daily or weekly basis depending on the level of support.

  • Initial 1 hour phone call consultation to discus goals, races, time factors, background, nutrition and key races.

  • 16 week personalised training plan, building towards key race.

  • One revision mid way through the plan should lifestyle factors change.

  • Plan will be produced as a PDF downloadable document and stored online as a Google document so you can access it 24/7 on any device. You will have a unique private link to access it.

  • Comprehensive running coaching plan set up comprising of a weekly personal interactive training programme, ongoing.

  • Initial 1 hour phone call consultation to establish current level, goals, previous training and racing history.

  • Pacing / intensity guidance for every run.

  • Advice on running specific strength routines to build form and reduce injury risk.

  • Weekly updates to training plan.

  • Weekly analysis of training, through interactive training plan, as well as Strava / Garmin Connect / Movescount.

  • Advice on race planning, lifestyle and cross training.

  • Unlimited communication via Email and Whatsapp.
