Love the layout of this plan. Really easy to follow and lots of variety. Not as high mileage as some of the other sub 3 hour plans out there but perfect for those with busy work and family commitments and it produces results. Got me from 3:17 to 3:00 in Chicago last year. Now it has got me a 2:59. Very happy! Love the magic vest too.
Couldnโt be happier with Benโs L3 Intermediate Half Marathon plan! Coming into this training block my previous PB was 1:55 which I wanted to drop below 1:45 but after following this plan I smashed my original goal finishing in 1:32 which is unbelievable. The plan is well made and easy to follow and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their PB. Thanks Ben!

Ben, at the expo I said that running 2:40 would be the dream race. Guess what? I only did it! 2:39:45! I followed the Level 4 plan and used the 2:40 pacing taken from the Level 5 plan. Itโs my 3rd and fastest sub 3:00 since I started using your plans. Cheers!

I ran my first 5K race in about three years earlier this month. With about 2 months of training on my own, I ran a 28:10 which is 8 seconds off of my PR. I had already decided to purchase the 10 week Parkes plan in order to try and get under 25 minutes for a 5K. So I purchase this in between plan to bridge the gap between now and then. A very interesting and challenging package. I am enjoying it tremendously so far.
What a ride that was. After a mammoth training block. A lot of support and patience from my friends and family, and yet another awesome training plan from Ben, I have finally broken a 13 year standing personal best for the marathon. I am really proud to say that, at a couple of weeks shy of my 57th birthday, I can officially qualify for most of the worlds marathon majors with a time of 3:12:34. 136th out of 716 overall. 9th in age category. Beating my previous time by half an hour and 1 second. I'm knackered but bloody happy with that. ๐๐๐๐๐๐
Having never done a 10k race before, although have run the distance in training I was looking to do a sub 50 minute at the Lincoln 10k.. I was 1 week short of the plan so had to drop a week to my taper but managed a PB of 49.31.... Very happy. Thanks Ben... Now to decide between 5k plan or half marathon.....
